Task number: 2.1

The objective of this task is to provide the baseline for a safe and reliable integration mechanism targeted Autonomous Surface Vessels.

The goal is to prepare a pre-standard that supports seamless integration and securing reliable interoperability as well as cater for a structured certification process. This task addresses the need for Architecture and the associated Companion Standards:

  1. Reference Model (Architecture/framework) of an Autonomous Surface Vessels
  2. Message standard for complex autonomy
  3. Framework for validation (Laboratory)
